Summary
As a Home Delivery Associate you will represent the RH brand by delivering operational excellence across the warehouse and preparing orders for delivery. You will handle receiving, staging, inspecting, and processing product as well as preparing returns and outbound orders. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the physical ability to mobilize heavy items.
Responsibilities- Organize, maintain, and clean the warehouse space; remove debris and packaging
- Unload, label, scan, and organize incoming product
- Fully inspect products to ensure quality
- Wrap, prepare, process, and load returns
- Verify items in outbound lanes and prepare orders for delivery
- Sense of teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail
- Must pass background screen
- Ability to lift and mobilize items of at least 75 lbs.
