Inventory Control Clerk
Work Location:
16351 W Glendale Ave, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, possible daily and weekend overtime depending on customer needs.

Hours:
8:00am to 4:30pm
Compensation: $19.00 per hour

- Handle all aspects of inventory movement of materials and tools, including stocking, re-stocking, and accounting for every item in the warehouse.
- Compile and maintain records of the quantity, type, and value of the inventory on hand.
- Participate in monthly and year‑end inventory cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation issues.
- Coordinate inventory requirements and procurement details with the Division’s General Manager.
- Track the transportation and distribution of tool and material inventory.
- Oversee the records of all stocks and compile evaluation reports. Conduct daily auditing of inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers on inventory requirements and procurement.
- Account and report inventory surplus, product/tool returns, and damages.
- Replenish stock in the warehouse and fill order forms.
- Maintain and oversee records of all stocks and compile reports as needed.
- Ensure all employees and visitors entering warehouse wear proper safety equipment and security badges at all times.
- Work with all staff to ensure readiness for inspections or audits.
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management and quality management.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening) and interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of personnel.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday assigned schedule, with occasional required weekends and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize daily work and meet all internal and external deadlines.
- Ability to push or pull up to 75 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in transportation, warehousing, and/or distribution environment.
- Experience using a forklift and pallet jacks.
- Forklift Certified.
