We are seeking an experienced Crew Lead to support operations due to increased production volume. This role will lead night-shift warehouse activities, coordinate labor, manage inventory flow, and ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Perform pre-picking for next-day outbound shipments
• Manage night production inventory storage
• Support raw material inbound operations
• Organize inventory and optimize location grouping
• Operate WMS and PDA scanners for inventory accuracy
• Ensure safety compliance and SOP adherence

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse/logistics experience
• Forklift operation experience and certification
• Proficient with WMS and PDA scanners
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
