Warehouse Pipe Yard Associate

Job Summary

Warehouse Pipe Yard Associate to operate forklifts, prepare and ship orders, manage inventory and maintain a safe work environment.

• Safely operate a forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology such as RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace and participate with the team in maintaining a clean, safe, accident‑free facility.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and use correct PPE, including a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

• 1-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• Forklift experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in the pipe yard in all weather conditions.
• Prior industry experience (fire protection, plumbing, or related trades) is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self‑starter capable of learning our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

• Hourly wage range: $17.41 – $26.11.
• Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
