We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support critical warehouse and material operations within the semiconductor industry. This role plays an important part in ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and movement of materials and equipment that support advanced manufacturing projects and customer operations.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on team player who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and operational excellence. You will work alongside supply chain, logistics, and project teams to maintain inventory integrity, improve warehouse efficiency, and ensure materials are available when needed.

Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Material Operations
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and accurately store incoming materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Perform picking, packing, staging, and shipment preparation while maintaining high accuracy standards.
  • Support inbound and outbound logistics activities, including loading and unloading shipments.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ensure proper labeling, identification, and storage of materials to maintain traceability.
Inventory Management & Accuracy
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates, cycle counts, and physical inventory checks.
  • Assist with inventory organization, material tracking, and warehouse documentation.
  • Identify inventory discrepancies and communicate issues to the warehouse and supply chain teams.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to increase warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
Safety & Operational Excellence
  • Follow company safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and warehouse best practices.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Properly handle materials using appropriate PPE and safety procedures.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements.
  • Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with supply chain, procurement, logistics, and project teams to support business needs.
  • Assist with special projects, warehouse improvements, and operational initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications

Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse activities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Dependable, organized, and team-oriented mindset.
Preferred:
  • 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material handling experience.
  • Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, construction, industrial, or high‑tech environments.
  • Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
  • Basic computer skills including data entry and Excel.
  • Experience working in environments requiring PPE, quality standards, and material traceability.
