Steel
ATM Steel, formerly All Things Metal, is our structural steel fabrication and erection team. We focus on large‑scale projects in the Phoenix area, bringing experience, capacity, and precision to every job. Our name reflects the size and scale of our work while staying true to the iron‑strong relationships we’ve built over 22 years. This position will be at our shop in North Phoenix.
However, the shop will be moving to 19500 & Jomax by the end of the year.
- CDL A License or Valid Driver’s License with CDL
- 3‑5 years’ experience
- Acceptable driving history
- At least 21 years old
- Fork lift experience required - can forklift certify, if needed
- Pass drug screen, background check
- No more than 1 CMV on‑road preventable accident in the last 2 years. No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
- No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Be able to pass a written and practical exam for competence as a Heavy forklift operator.
- Be able to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and execute these tasks while maintaining positive interpersonal interactions.
- Willingness to learn
- Heavy operating equipment experience
- Reach lift experience
- Combi‑lift experience
- Proper hand signaling experience
- Spanish speaking a plus, but not a requirement
Monday – Friday, 5 am – 3 pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch. Occasional half days on Friday (depending on need and department). Occasional Saturday shifts for special projects unable to be completed while the facility is in production.
