Warehouse Manager

Location & Shift

4239 N 39th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85019. Shift: Salary Exempt (United States of America).

• The Warehouse Manager directs the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Ensures workplace health and safety requirements are met and takes responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
• Fosters a culture in which all Company employees share common purpose and comply with applicable laws and our Guiding Principles.
• JDE Sales Order entry and maintenance.
• Communicates order production and delivery status to multiple customers.
• Develops and maintains transportation schedule for multiple carriers.
• Communicates transportation schedule to freight carriers and plant warehouse team.
• Manages trailer locations and coordinates with customers on drop and hook or delivery planning.
• Maintains accurate trailer inventory and ensures trailer requirements (registration, inspection, etc.) are up to date.
• Works with plant operations team to develop production schedule based on existing customer orders and customer forecasts.
• Reviews and updates customer forecast in JDE Planning Tool.
• Utilizes JDE Planning Tool to maintain the Production Line Schedule.
• Initiates JDE set‑up requests for new customers, items, and pricing.
• Fields and acknowledges customer quality complaints, and works with Operations team to facilitate communications on plant findings and resolution.
• Manages shipping, pricing, and invoicing verification.
• Utilizes CRM to input customer feedback into database.
• Assists with customer inventory management.
• Manages customer‑owned inventory (labels, corrugate, etc.).
• Manages customer‑specific finished goods.
• Assists with the management of obsolete inventory.
• Maintains manual BOLs.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse – inspects equipment, issues work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.
• Coordinates production, distribution, and warehousing in accordance with principles, policies, and established procedures.
• Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
• Oversees warehouse team via hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and performance management.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Preferred:
  Experience with Altium Packaging.
