Salary Range: $15.15 To $16.50 Hourly

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, stocking inventory, maintaining organized warehouse locations, and ensuring products are available and ready for shipment. This position plays an essential role in supporting warehouse operations while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists.
• Stock inventory in assigned warehouse locations.
• Move inventory to proper stocking locations.
• Deliver completed orders to the dispatch area.
• Process returned merchandise and prepare shipments.
• Enter and maintain inventory stock locations.
• Update shelf labels and price tags as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Ensure products are fully stocked, organized, and properly faced.
• Maintain clean, organized aisles and work areas.
• Assist customers with product questions when needed.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1–2 years of warehouse, distribution, stocking, or order-picking experience preferred.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
