Perform outbound warehouse functions including loading, picking, and packing orders for shipment;
Operate handheld RF devices and voice-picking equipment to ensure accurate order fulfillment;
Consolidate and pack stock orders quickly and accurately for efficient checkout;
Label totes correctly and ensure weight limits are not exceeded;
Serve as a trainer to new team members and communicate procedural changes to staff;
Maintain safety standards and identify unsafe practices in the warehouse
