THE ROLE

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading warehouse operations while ensuring the seamless preparation, delivery, installation, and return of premium rental furnishings for luxury events. This role combines operational leadership, inventory management, logistics coordination, and team development to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of quality.   • Prepare Furniture for Luxury Events
  • Coordinate Event Installations
  • Oversee Loading of Event Trucks
  • Ensure Furniture Arrives in Pristine Condition
  • Coordinate Hotel and Venue Deliveries
  • Support Multiple Events Simultaneously
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in high-volume warehouse management, logistics, or operations leadership, preferably within a specialty or event-based business
  • Exceptional organizational skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and strong team leadership capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Experience with inventory tracking systems and warehouse management software
  • Proficiency in logistics planning, including optimized routing and scheduling
  • Familiarity with fleet management systems such as Samsara preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Unwavering commitment to safety protocols and team training
  • Experience in fabrication, finish carpentry, or cabinetry is preferred but not required
REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks daily
