General Labor/Warehouse

Essential Duties

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify quantities and product information against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Label, sort, and stage products for shipping and distribution.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Forklift certification is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer and inventory system experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment after training.
