Boise Cascade Company is seeking a Crew Leader for our Phoenix distribution facility. You will perform daily distribution yard activities, operate a forklift, verify loads, and support customer service while upholding safety and quality in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 2+ years in warehouse operations, and the ability to perform basic math calculations. Preferred 5+ years with supervisory responsibilities; strong teamwork is essential.
