Warehouse Operations Associate

The Warehouse Operation Associate supports operating a small office suite for an online company that sells Mahjong Tiles. Daily operations include pick, packing, printing, and shipping customer orders. The associate can also expect to receive shipments of product to restock merchandise. The client ships approximately 15 orders per day, and customer orders are forecasted to increase to 50 orders per day during the holidays in November and December.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check customer emails for online orders
• Print shipping labels using Shopify
• Respond daily to customer emails
• Pick, pack, kit, and ship customer orders
• Accurately stage, move, and store product within the warehouse
• Utilize warehouse computer systems for inventory updates, shipping documentation, and data entry
• Verify product counts, condition, and paperwork with strong attention to detail
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Requirements:

• Experience in shipping, receiving, picking, packing customer orders
• Candidate must be okay with working by themselves unsupervised that has self-discipline and is mature
• Intermediate computer skills – checking and responding to customer emails and using computer to print customer shipping labels
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
