Part Time Warehouse Associate – Phoenix What You’ll DoYou’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.
InThis Roll, You'll
- Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift)
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
- Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
- Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
- Accurately pick, lift, and place products to build pallets per customer orders
- Operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely in high-traffic warehouse areas
- Visually inspect and verify all incoming/outgoing product
- Maintain safety, productivity, and cleanliness standards at all times Read labels, count product, and complete order paperwork Support team with cleaning and additional duties as needed
- Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred
- Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation
- Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation
- Use a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders
- Sundays off
- Part time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer:
-5 °F to 38 °F) - Pay $ 23.64
- Primarily a 3-day work week, start time 8am-6:30pm
- Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods
