Warehouse Associate

Phoenix, AZ. Job Type: Full Time. Are you organized, dependable, and ready to keep projects moving behind the scenes? At American Solar & Roofing, we’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to support our Operations Team by managing materials, preparing equipment, and keeping our warehouse running efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a team that helps power successful solar installations across Arizona.

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing materials and equipment
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for construction crews
• Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading materials
• Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and organization
• Process orders using inventory software
• Stage construction vehicles for upcoming projects
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Support daily operations and other tasks as needed

• Warehouse or construction yard experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and work in varying temperatures
