Arrow Electronics is seeking a Warehouse Associate Lead to coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations within our wholesale technology distribution environment. In this role, you will oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of electronic components while ensuring accuracy, safety, and productivity targets are met. You will lead a small team, train new associates, assign tasks, and monitor workflow using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
The Warehouse Associate Lead will help maintain inventory integrity, conduct cycle counts, troubleshoot order issues, and collaborate with supervisors and logistics partners to meet customer commitments. You will champion continuous improvement, enforce EHS and quality standards, and support a performance-driven, team-oriented culture that values integrity, learning, and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
- Assign tasks, coach, and support warehouse associates to meet productivity and accuracy goals
- Operate and guide use of WMS and RF scanners to manage inventory and orders
- Perform and oversee inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and EHS policies and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Coordinate with supervisors, logistics, and customer service to meet shipping deadlines
- Train new team members on processes, equipment, and best practices
- Identify and support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
