Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring a Warehouse Lead to support warehouse and material operations for an active semiconductor construction project in North Phoenix, Arizona
. This position will take a hands-on leadership role in coordinating receiving, inventory, material staging, and daily warehouse activities.
We are especially interested in candidates who are bilingual in Mandarin and English and can help facilitate communication between warehouse employees, field teams, and project leadership.

Schedule:
Full-Time | M-F 7A-4P with OT needs
- Lead day-to-day warehouse and material-handling activities
- Coordinate receiving, unloading, inspection, storage, staging, and distribution of materials
- Assign daily tasks and provide direction to warehouse/general labor employees
- Verify incoming materials against packing slips, purchase orders, and delivery documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory and material-tracking records
- Coordinate material requests and deliveries with field and construction teams
- Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse
- Identify shortages, damaged materials, or inventory discrepancies and elevate issues appropriately
- Ensure employees follow site safety procedures and warehouse requirements
- Communicate daily priorities and project needs with supervisors and other project teams
- 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, material handling, or construction material experience preferred
- Previous lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Experience coordinating receiving, inventory, staging, and material distribution
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working hands-on alongside the warehouse team
- Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
- Construction, semiconductor, or industrial project experience is a plus
- Mandarin/English bilingual skills strongly preferred
- Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and communicate between field and warehouse personnel
