Shipping Associate – FL Certified – Phoenix

The Shipping Associate-FL Certified at Southwest Accessory Group is responsible for accurate and efficient picking, labeling, staging, and loading of outbound shipments on forklift equipment.

Shipping Associate at Southwest Accessory Group is part of a dedicated team that ensures premium quality distribution and timely delivery to customers.

• Pick, label, and stage orders.
• Scan and verify order details.
• Load trailers and apply route documents.
• Communicate discrepancies to management.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Perform final inspection of shipments.
• Support documentation as needed.
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items.
• Report all equipment and/or safety concerns.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
• Basic computer/RF scanner knowledge.
• Ability to read numerals and English.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Net Suite experience a bonus.
• Operate equipment (sit‑down forklift, stand‑up forklift, cherry picker, deep reach truck).
• Forklift certification preferred.

Standing, walking, reaching/bending, endurance, balancing/mobility, manual dexterity, exposure to varying conditions, repetitive motion, lifting up to 50 lbs. consistently, use of safety equipment, and exposure to loud noises during an 8‑hour work shift.

$19.00 per hour with a $2.00 forklift add‑on.
