Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Distribution Center Coordinator / Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Phoenix, Arizona for a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Pay rate is $26-$28. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with OT as needed.

Responsible for coordinating daily distribution center activities, including receiving, stocking, order processing, shipping, and inventory flow. This role prioritizes orders, coordinates shipments, tracks performance, and ensures operations meet company standards and deadlines.

• Print and assign daily pick tickets and prioritize past-due/upcoming orders.
• Schedule shipping routings and labeling requirements.
• Monitor emails and coordinate with internal teams and carriers.
• Process group orders and follow up on delayed transfers and purchase orders.
• Track past-due orders, expedite inventory, and address missed shipments.
• Run operational metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure shipping, routing, and timeline requirements are met.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Epicor experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
