We are currently hiring a Full-Time Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Phoenix Warehouse team. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in staying organized, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Earn up to $1,500 in bonuses:

• $500 after 90 days of employment
• $1,000 after 1 year of service

As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our furniture arrives safely, accurately, and on time.

Responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading furniture deliveries safely and efficiently
• Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming merchandise
• Preparing products for shipment to stores and customers
• Using RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movement
• Reading manifests and verifying shipment accuracy
• Assisting with warehouse organization and maintaining a clean work environment
• Working closely with team members to meet daily operational goals
• Following all safety procedures and material handling guidelines

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to safely lift and move furniture weighing up to 75 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
