My client is a small General Construction Company that is actively looking for an Estimator with Commercial and Institutional project experience.
Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Client Relationships
- Attend Pre-bid Meetings
- Prepare Quantity Take-Offs
- Perform estimate for the project and write proposals
- Prepare complete scope of work and submit proposal/bids physically if necessary
- Follow up on Bids
- Prepare Submittals
- Write Change Orders
