The Client Services Representative is the primary point of contact for Bechtel Medical's client and partner accounts, including referral sources and DME partners. This is a client-facing, hybrid role focused on delivering responsive, reliable, day-to-day service — resolving account questions, coordinating with internal teams, and keeping orders and communications running smoothly. The Client Services Representative works closely with systems including Zoho and Niko Health to track account activity, manage communications, and support order and service continuity for partner accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client and DME partner accounts, providing responsive, dependable service on day-to-day needs.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts, tracking activity, follow-ups, and outstanding items so commitments are met on time.
- Build relationships and coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer service, marketing, finance, operations) to resolve partner and client issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and communication logs in Zoho and Niko Health.
- Monitor account health and proactively flag recurring service issues or unmet needs to leadership for resolution.
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners and clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
- Assist in preparation of account summaries, reports, and updates for internal and client-facing meetings.
- Support onboarding of new DME partners and clients, ensuring a smooth start to the relationship.
- Support other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
- Provide cross-functional support to DME patient-facing customer service team as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years of experience managing client accounts in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a track record of resolving client or partner needs accurately and promptly.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable in a client-facing role, communicating professionally with DME partners and other external stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve account needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must reside within a commutable distance of Bechtel Medical's office in Phoenixville, PA 19460, with the ability to work on-site as required by the hybrid schedule
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using Zoho (CRM) for account tracking and communication management.
- Experience using Niko Health or comparable DME/patient management software.
- Prior experience in durable medical equipment, home health, or another healthcare-related industry.
- Prior experience managing external partner or vendor relationships.

- Hybrid work environment.
- Reside within a commutable distance to 19460.
COMPENSATION
- Hourly, non-exempt.
- $20.00 - $25.00 per hour commensurate on experience.
