We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team at Renaissance Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) to support students with special needs. This role is crucial in creating an inclusive and effective learning environment that promotes academic success for all students.

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students in both individual and group settings.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to develop effective teaching strategies.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and IEP goals.

• 0-5 years of experience as a Special Education Teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and parents.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
