Position Details- Full-time, year-round position
- Start date:
August 2026 - Lead Teacher position for the school year
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's growth.
- Plan and lead activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and skill development.
- Establish a nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
- Provide attentive care and guidance to support each child's individual needs and developmental milestones.
- Build strong partnerships with families through open communication and regular updates.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a related field required;
Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum 2 years of experience working in a childcare, preschool, or early learning setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Experience planning and implementing engaging curriculum and managing a classroom environment.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Current PA clearances and First Aid/CPR certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
