Position Overview
Position: Assistant Teacher – Older Toddler classroom, The Malvern School of Oaks
Employment: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 5:15pm
Location: 1023 Egypt Rd, Phoenixville, PA 19460
Compensation and Benefits$750 Sign‑on bonus: $250 with first paycheck, remaining $500 after 90 days.

We are seeking a highly motivated, career‑oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education. General duties include:
- Assist in the implementation of a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class.
- Communicate regularly with parents, in person and through technology, meeting or exceeding parent expectations.
- High school diploma and at least 18 years of age.
- At least 2,500 hours of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1,250 hours of documented experience.
- Must be (or be willing to start) pursuing a CDA or a degree in the field.
