Position SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and dynamic Long Term Sub - 3/4 Grade Teacher to join our team at Renaissance Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. This role is essential in fostering a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and respect among students.

Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and respect among students.
Utilize strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and integrate cross-curricular activities.
0-5 years of experience as a teacher or in a similar role.
Proficiency in developing and implementing lesson plans for elementary students.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and parents.
