Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Phoenixville, PA, for a Site Civil Engineer. The Site Civil Engineer will focus on sustainable site development, including designing and implementing civil engineering and stormwater management plans. Responsibilities include creating site layout designs, grading, stormwater management plans, and erosion and sediment control plans, as well as providing technical expertise for planning efforts. The Engineer will collaborate with team members to develop innovative, cost‑effective solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and principles of Civil Engineering
- Experience with Stormwater Management strategies and systems
- Strong skills in Planning and project coordination
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in team environments
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure is preferred
- Proficiency with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) is required
- Commitment to sustainability and an interest in environmentally conscious engineering practices
