Sustainable Civil & Water Resources Engineer

Meliora Design is looking for civil engineers committed to sustainability through thoughtful design and devoted to finding solutions for a resilient future.

Our projects include planning, design, and engineering for parks, cultural institutions, universities, arboretums, and cities/townships throughout the Mid-Atlantic and beyond.

We are seeking to hire recent Civil or Water Resources Engineering graduates with 0-5 years of experience for a range of site design projects that include green infrastructure, water resources management, and a focus on sustainability. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects. Technical responsibilities include site design, CAD drafting, permitting, and construction administration activities as well as developing design reports and construction documents.

Work may also include planning and water resources management studies, and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.

We are seeking to hire a Professional Civil or Water Resources Engineer with 6-10 years of experience and a commitment to sustainability and thoughtful design. The ideal candidate will have experience leading design projects and working with professionals from various disciplines. Work may also include planning and water resources management studies, and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. A master’s degree or LEED accreditation is an asset.
