Minimum Qualifications Applicants must:

- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- Be a U.S. citizen
- Meet all Civil Service requirements
- Be Act 120 certified or currently enrolled in a Pennsylvania Municipal Police Academy Conditional offers for academy attendees require successful graduation and MPOETC certification. Age & Residency

- Onemile run under 10 minutes
- Obstacle course, including:

- Sprinting/running
- Weighted sled push (vehiclepush simulation) - Weighted body drag
- Scaling a fivefoot wall Additional Screening Candidates advancing in the process may complete:

- Oral examination
- Background investigation
- Polygraph
- Medical exam
