BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in Montgomery and Bucks County, PA.
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion, mentor, and advocate for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities—helping them reach their full potential.

We offer part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling across various shifts and locations throughout Montgomery and Bucks Counties—allowing you to find the balance that works best for you.

How You’ll Make an Impact:- Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments
- Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
- Participate in community integration activities
Schedule:
- Competitive pay rates starting at $18 / hour with a weekly pay schedule
- Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)
- Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)

- One or more years of experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (autism, down syndrome)
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
