Job Summary
The Guest Services Attendant (GSA) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and others entering the hospital. This role includes greeting, registering, and directing visitors and others, providing visitor passes and other forms of identification, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, enforcing visitation restrictions and requirements, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff.
Shift DetailsPRN Position will require both day and evening shifts. Weekend requirement will be dependent on department need.
Qualifications Education Requirements- Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
- High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
