Overview: The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance tasks and day-to-day repairs on equipment, systems, and building configurations. The Technician operates, maintains, monitors, and repairs stationary steam, chilled water, and plant consisting of fire tube boilers, electric centrifugal chillers, steam turbine centrifugal chillers, HVAC equipment, and associated physical plant equipment and controls. The technician is expected to manage their tasks in a self-directed approach utilizing the computerized work order system and communicate with leads and managers.
Additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Hospital Facilities and/or Hospital Maintenance
Certification and Licensure:
PA Driver's License
Steam Plant Experience Required
