** Summary Statement Working with Engineering and Product Management, the NPI Project Management Discipline - Lead/Supervisor has primary responsibility for establishing and overseeing sustained execution of NPI project management.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead business process development and formalized documentation required for establishing and sustaining the project management discipline.
* Harmonize highest level project management reporting dashboards in alignment with needs of supported Business Units (BU’s).
* Recommend tools required to execute project management.
* Drive project management responsibilities downward within all development engineering disciplines.
* Participate in determining product development resource needs.
* Support Engineering & Site Managers, Site Controller, and associated BU Managers in annual budget planning process.
* Serve as a visible and vocal leader within the product development team.
* Demonstrate customer advocacy throughout the product development process.
* Provide supervisory leadership for assigned direct reports within the project management discipline.
* Demonstrate and promote the Megger Values through actions and leadership.

Minimum Skill Sets and Competencies
* Minimum of BA/BS graduate with a strong academic record. Professional Project Management certifications preferred*, (project management leadership experience may be suitable alternative)*.
* 5 to 10 years of experience with project management associated with development of electronic products and/or systems.
* 3 to 5 years, leading & supervising project management personnel *(direct report responsibility)*.
* Vision Setting capability: *(define and monitor development team projects goals… as needed).
** Vision Setting capability: *(define and monitor goal performance for self & reports).
** Excellent Communication Skills, motivator, vision setter for cross-functional teams.
* Well Organized, ability to multiplex effectively across a variety of tasks & responsibilities.

Additional Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Demonstrated ability to work independently (discipline creation) and as a leader of small project teams.
* Strong organizational and personnel leadership skills.
* Demonstrated ability to get things done with an attention to details.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools:
Power Point, Excel, and Word.
