Wellness Nurse (Full Time)

Brandywine Living at Upper Providence

Employment Type:

Full-time, shifts 11pm-7am and 3pm-11pm

Salary Range: $34.00–$36.00 per hour

Sign-on Bonus: $1,500 (subject to final compensation based on experience and qualifications)

As a Nurse at Brandywine Upper Providence, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, coordinate total nursing care, and support the interdisciplinary team.

• Assess residents and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate care
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance
• Supervise nursing staff and support resident activities

• Active LPN license
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
