The role evaluates patients’ health needs using established triage protocols, collaborates with the provider on the best care plan, and documents symptoms, assessments, advice, and patient responses to ensure consistent care across the team. Office hours are Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM, with Thursday evenings until 6 PM.
