Produce Stocker- Part-Time- Kimberton

Kimberton Whole Foods is looking for a part‑time Produce Stocker to join the Phoenixville team!

Schedule:

Part‑time, up to 24 hours per week. One weekend shift is required per week.

Availability:
Mix of opening and closing shifts, between 7 am‑8:30 pm.

Age Requirement:
Must be 18 years or older.

Hourly Pay: $17/hr based on experience.

Benefits:
Part‑time team members are eligible for a 15% store discount and a 401K with matching 3% after one year and 1000 hours worked.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all.
• Receiving and stocking all incoming fresh produce and related items.
• Rotating fresh produce on a first‑in first‑out basis.
• Working in collaboration with the Produce Department head to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date product signage throughout the entire department.
• Follow the established KWF SOP for maintaining abundant, dynamic and fresh displays throughout the entire department.
• Understand KWF inventory management practices.

• Full sense range (vision, hearing and sense of smell) – the ability to read product labels, distinguish color & smell for quality control as well as the ability to communicate with the customers and co‑workers.
• Lifting, gripping and carrying objects – up to 50‑75 pounds frequently, including boxes, cans, tools and other products.
• Stooping, squatting, & kneeling – stoop and maneuver to pick up boxes from shelving and carts.
• Walking – short distances to bring items from miscellaneous areas.
• Standing – prolonged standing.
• Work environment – movement based with the majority of time being in motion (walking & standing) rather that sedentary (sitting).
• Climate – ability to work in cold environments (cooler, freezer, back stock area) and handle cold products for extended periods of time on a regular basis.
