The Area Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenixville, PA. This position supports our four Hilton properties in Valley Forge:
Hilton Garden Inn Valley Forge/Oaks, Hampton Inn & Suites Valley Forge/Oaks, Homewood Suites Philadelphia Valley Forge, and Tru by Hilton Audubon Valley Forge by coordinating sales activities, managing internal and external communication, and assisting with the implementation of sales strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing sales documents and reports, maintaining accurate records in sales systems, and supporting scheduling and logistics for sales meetings, site visits, and client events.
The Area Sales Coordinator will respond to client inquiries, provide timely follow-up, and collaborate with property teams to ensure consistent service standards and smooth sales operations. The role works closely with sales leaders to track performance metrics, prepare presentations, and contribute to initiatives that drive revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to handle client interactions, follow up on leads, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, interact with clients, and prepare clear reports and presentations.
- Candidates should have proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or sales software) and strong attention to detail.
- Candidates should demonstrate time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Candidates should have prior experience in hospitality, hotel sales, or a related field; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
