PositionHVAC Technician covering Montgomery, Chester, and Berks counties, while supporting other Westover properties as needed.

- Assist Westover Management in maintaining and operating all HVAC systems.
- Inspect and monitor jobs.
- Inspect properties for potential liability or problems and report back to Director.
- Weekly status reports will be completed and sent every Tuesday morning to Director.
- Perform preventive maintenance in boiler rooms, including routine inspections, cleaning, repairing leaking pipes, installing carbon monoxide detectors, improving lighting, painting floors, covering electrical devices, and checking flue pipes.
- Troubleshoot and investigate any issue that may arise at a property.
- Daily travel.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
- Minimum eight years of HVAC service experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate appropriate and safe use of standard hand and power tools.
- Extremely knowledgeable on electrical wiring troubleshooting.
- Extremely knowledgeable in sub‑cooling / superheat charging refrigerant systems.
- Minimum eight years of water source heat pumps, electric heat pumps, boilers, compressor change‑outs, low/high voltage troubleshooting, and hydronic heating experience.
- Lifting and moving heavy items at least 25 lbs. or more (water heaters, appliances, rock salt, etc.).
- Be able to shovel and salt when it snows.
- Use a variety of building trade skills.
- Be able to use step/extension ladders.
- Keep track of inventory.
- Identify safety and hazardous conditions and report to Director of Upgrade Division and/or Safety Committee.
- Follow company operational and safety procedures.
- A positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Attend continuing education courses when required and ensure employees are taking required courses.
- Promote and follow Westover policy and procedures as well as corporate values.
