Guardrail Installer – Laborer
Job DescriptionLong® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking an experienced laborer familiar with guardrail installation. This position requires installing guardrail on the highway.
The optimal candidate has a minimum of 2 years construction experience, specifically as a laborer, and must have a willingness to learn all aspects of the job.
Role and Responsibilities- Installing guardrail
- Proficiency with power tools, core drills, hammer drills, band saws, grinders, and similar equipment
- Experience operating skid steers or aerial lifts is a plus
- 1-2 years of hands‑on experience as a laborer
- 1-2 years of experience installing guardrail
- Valid driver’s license
- Active driver’s license
- 1-2 years of installation experience
- U.S. citizenship
- OSHA certification is a plus
Minimum pay rate is $18.00 per hour, maximum pay rate is $25.00 per hour. Hourly wage is dependent upon experience.
