You will act as a premier technical lead, spearheading complex residential wiring diagnostics and service upgrades. This role offers the autonomy to manage high-stakes residential projects while benefiting from the stability and growth of a mid-sized industry leader.

• Diagnose intricate residential wiring issues to provide efficient and permanent electrical solutions.
• Execute full electrical service replacements and the separation of pre-existing circuits with precision.
• Manage company equipment and resources responsibly while working with minimal daily oversight.
• Communicate technical requirements and project updates clearly to homeowners to ensure elite service.
• Mentor junior team members through the company's dedicated apprenticeship and training programs.
• Uphold safety standards and quality control on every job site to maintain company reputation.

• 5+ years of professional experience in residential electrical service and diagnostics.
• Proven expertise in residential service replacements and circuit troubleshooting.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Possession of a valid PA Driver's License.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage professional customer interactions.

• Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship or equivalent technical trade schooling.
• Advanced proficiency in interpreting complex residential electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role within field operations.
