Equipment Operator – Fence and Guide Rail Construction (Pennsylvania)

• Operate construction equipment including truck‑mounted drills and post driving equipment, skid steers, mini excavators, forklifts, and other equipment as required.
• Perform fence and guide rail installation work.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely.
• Follow all safety regulations, job‑site procedures, and project plans.
• Work effectively with crew members and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating construction equipment.
• Demonstrated experience operating truck‑mounted drills, post drivers, skid steers, and mini excavators.
• Ability to work safely on active construction sites.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CDL is a plus but not required.

• Regular hours:
  Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Night shift work on occasion, as required by project needs.

• Minimum pay rate: $23.00 per hour.
• Maximum pay rate: $28.00 per hour, dependent upon experience.
