Equipment Operator – Fence and Guide Rail Construction (Pennsylvania)
Responsibilities- Operate construction equipment including truck‑mounted drills and post driving equipment, skid steers, mini excavators, forklifts, and other equipment as required.
- Perform fence and guide rail installation work.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Follow all safety regulations, job‑site procedures, and project plans.
- Work effectively with crew members and supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating construction equipment.
- Demonstrated experience operating truck‑mounted drills, post drivers, skid steers, and mini excavators.
- Ability to work safely on active construction sites.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- CDL is a plus but not required.
- Regular hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. - Night shift work on occasion, as required by project needs.
- Minimum pay rate: $23.00 per hour.
- Maximum pay rate: $28.00 per hour, dependent upon experience.
