Stratence Partners is expanding its Tier-1 Commercial Transformation platform globally.
We are appointing several Senior Vice Presidents across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and APAC to accelerate growth in Commercial Transformation, Strategy Optimization, Pricing Excellence, and Commercial Effectiveness.
These roles combine revenue origination and executive-level delivery within a structured, IP-driven, governance-led platform.
All engagements are designed to institutionalize capabilities within client organizations and deliver measurable financial impact.

Mandate
Senior Vice Presidents will:
Originate and close Tier-1 enterprise Commercial Transformation mandates
Engage C-suite and Boards on revenue, margin, growth, and performance architecture
Structure strategic, pricing, and commercial governance programs
Lead executive-level end-to-end delivery from diagnostic through blueprint and implementation
Build long-term strategic client partnerships

Platform & Methodology
All programs operate within Stratence’s structured Commercial Transformation framework, including:
Codified strategic, pricing, and commercial governance methodology
Proprietary intellectual property, structured models, and scalable frameworks
Data management and applied data science supporting monetization and decision architecture
Execution solutions embedded into commercial workflows, AI-powered
Structured capability transfer to institutionalize client ownership
Clear return on investment with measurable EBIT and margin impact
Structured delivery aligned with defined governance, account discipline, and economic rigor
Recognized expertise across Pharma, Med Tech, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Industrial, Utilities, Financial Services, Tech & Telco, and Transport & Logistics

Profile
25+ years of senior consulting experience, ideally combined with executive operational responsibility
Background in commercial transformation and profit-growth optimization at enterprise scale
Demonstrated record of originating and closing enterprise-level advisory mandates
Experience leading strategic, pricing, revenue architecture, or commercial governance initiatives
Established C-suite relationships
International experience across Europe, North America, the Middle East, or APAC
Comfortable combining revenue generation with structured delivery leadership

Engagement Structure
Dedicated, institutional support for marketing, positioning, and business development
Uncapped earnings potential directly linked to revenue originated and delivered
Executive participation in delivery supported by structured Tier-1 resources and platform capabilities
Established platform credibility with leading Tier-1 organizations, enabling long-term strategic partnerships
Defined account ownership with clear governance discipline and transparent revenue recognition
Clear progression path from Senior Vice President to Partner based on performance, client impact, and platform contribution

Engagement will proceed with selected profiles meeting the stated requirements.
