Housekeeper

Join Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) as a Housekeeper in a long‑term care facility. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring resident comfort and safety while supporting the care team.

As a Housekeeper you will be responsible for daily housekeeping tasks, sanitation, and assisting residents, staff, and guests to create a welcoming environment.

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• Execute all other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and effective communication with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Comfortable working around cleaning products.
• Adhere to oral and written instructions, performing routine tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required.
