Position: AP/AR Clerk

Auto Lux Ltd. o/a Rapid City Transportation has been specializing in medical transportation logistics services for 30 years, supporting all of Ontario offering door-to-door concierge style transportation for individuals requiring special care - before, during and after their transfers.

This is a full time in office position based in Pickering, ON.

  • Position Responsibilities:

  • Verify supplier invoices for accuracy
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding any discrepancies in charges
  • Maintain organized filing system
  • Assist with monthly invoicing procedures
  • Contact customers to request payment or solve payment discrepancies
  • Assisting with other tasks as required within the department
  • Coordinate with internal departments as required

    Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 5-7 years experience with Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
  • Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working within a team and independent
