Become an integral part of Canada Life as a Full-Time Administrative Assistant in the Disability Management Services Office. Handle administrative duties including telephone reception and mail management with efficiency and care.
This role involves supporting the DMSO through various tasks such as paying invoices, scanning documents, and creating correspondence. Your excellent customer service and organizational skills will enhance team productivity. You'll be responsible for data entry and maintaining client and employee information seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming phone calls for the department
• Sort and prepare mail for processing
• Create and send out necessary correspondence
• Update banking and contact information in systems
• Handle mail that has been returned to sender
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent data entry and keyboarding abilities
• Well-developed organizational skills
• Security Clearance necessary for employment
