Shape nuclear governance as a Senior Technical Staff member in a hybrid role. Drive the development and review of essential documents to meet stringent regulatory requirements while fostering stakeholder collaboration.
This position emphasizes leadership and document development in nuclear governance, aiming to enhance compliance with CSA, CNSC, and OPG standards. As a crucial point of contact, you will liaise with stakeholders for the validation of new policies and procedures while advising management on their implementations. Your expertise will contribute significantly to critical submissions to the Regulator and Senior Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and revise nuclear governance documents
• Assess relevancy of existing governance materials
• Coordinate verification and validation with stakeholders
• Advise managers on governance program applications
• Prepare materials for regulatory and management submissions
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of Nuclear Policies and Procedures
• Experience with CSA N286 and ISO 9001 standards
• Familiarity with CNSC Regulatory Documents and nuclear processes
• Excellent English communication skills, written and oral
• Knowledge of nuclear decommissioning is a plus
