Role DescriptionThis position is responsible for assisting with critical functions and day‑to‑day operations related to the Vehicle Remarketing Services department. It is a frontline leadership role that acts as an escalation point for Vehicle Remarketing Services Specialists and provides leadership with KPI tracking, team presentations, and SLA updates throughout the week.
Key Responsibilities- Provide phone coverage when required (high phone volume and team absences)
- Actively manage and prioritize phone queues, tasks, and expectations in a clear manner
- Provide guidance and support team members with dealer inquiries (general questions and escalations)
- Become a SME on departmental tasks
- Maintain weekly reporting on KPIs and task SLAs to supervisor (where needed)
- Assist with training new team members and updating relevant training material (process guides and Navex)
- Lead team huddles to communicate updates and departmental performance
- Support remarketing initiatives across the department and team
- Partner closely with the supervisor to support team engagement and operational priorities
- College diploma required
- Preferred:
University degree
- 3–5 years in business operations
- Preferred: 1+ year of leadership experience
- Preferred:
Lease end and/or remarketing experience
- Inbound and outbound phone experience
- Conflict resolution skills

Hybrid Internal grade: 7 Salary range: $71,000 – $80,000 (based on experience, education, and internal practices)
