Key Responsibilities:
• Annotate accounts for debt sales and recovery
• Distribute billing documents including contracts and payment schedules
• Address customer inquiries promptly via multiple channels
• Prepare MTO documentation and obtain e-signatures
• Escalate potential fraud or unusual behavior for investigation
Requirements:
• One year of customer service or administrative experience
• Familiarity with Asset and Edge systems is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Must work full-time at the Pickering office
