We support Audi, Ducati, and Volkswagen dealers with retail leasing, retail financing, commercial financing for new and used vehicles, and end‑of‑term vehicle disposition.
Role DescriptionThis position assists with critical functions and day‑to‑day operations for the Vehicle Remarketing Services department. As a frontline leader, you act as an escalation point for specialists and provide leadership with KPI tracking, team presentations, and SLA updates throughout the week.
Key Responsibilities- Provide phone coverage when required (high phone volume and team absences)
- Actively manage and prioritize phone queues, tasks, and expectations in a clear manner
- Provide guidance and support team members with dealer inquiries (general questions and escalations)
- Become a SME on departmental tasks
- Maintain weekly reporting on KPIs and task SLAs to supervisor as needed
- Assist with training new team members and updating relevant training material (process guides and Navex)
- Lead team huddles to communicate updates and departmental performance
- Support remarketing initiatives across the department and team
- Partner closely with the supervisor to support team engagement and operational priorities
Experience
- 3‑5 years in business operations
- Preferred: 1+ years of leadership experience
- Preferred: lease end and/or remarketing experience

Salary range is dependent on factors such as industry‑based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications. The salary range for this role is $71,000 – $80,000. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and internal compensation practices.
