This position involves working under the Performance Assurance Manager to implement and enhance Aecon’s Human Performance Program. Responsibilities include facilitating training, developing learning briefs, and analyzing critical data trends from field observations. Your insights will be vital in fostering a Nuclear Safety Culture and ensuring project leaders and field teams apply safety-focused principles effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement key aspects of the Human Performance program

• Provide training on NSC and facilitate learning teams

• Analyze trends from safety observations and provide support

• Conduct assessments and surveys related to Hu and NSC

• Contribute to safety or quality investigations

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary Education in a related field

• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

• Familiarity with HOP in the nuclear sector

• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations

• Willingness to travel occasionally for site work
